What is better than a day filled with food and wine? Seattle Food and Wine Experience is an event dedicated to everything that! Happening early of the calender year, it is a weekend filled with local bites and drinks.
SFWE is celebrating its 10th year anniversary and foodies from across the Pacific Northwest look forward to a delicious and delightful weekend.
Starting on Feb. 22nd, 2018, with its Comfort Food event , then headed to its Bubbles and Seafood night on the 23rd, and ending it all with its Grand Tasting on 24th, it is a iconic food event not to be missed in downtown Seattle. Attend all three events or only your favorite!
I happily attended the Grand Tasting event on Sat. Feb. 24th with a giant smile on my face! What was memorable and delicious?
Hot Cakes served it signature chocolate cake with Frankie and Jo's vanilla ice cream and smoked brown sugar cocoa nibs.
La Carta de Oaxaca made a tostadas de tinga with beef, chipotle salsa and Mexican crema. Super long lines were waiting for this nibble.
Top Pot doughnuts, a fan favorite, served everybody doughnuts and coffee throughout the event. The pink sparkles was a hit!
Local wine from Washington, Oregon and California was offered throughout the day. Reds, whites, roses and sparkling wine options poured into everyone's tasting glass.
