Taste of Washington is an annual food and wine experience, with multi events, in Seattle. This year, Taste of Washington is occurring March 22-25th, throughout popular Seattle event venues. Not only do you get to taste local wines, you get to devour delicious and signature dishes from local Seattle chefs and restaurants.
What is one of Taste of Washington's trademark events? New Vintage party which highlights small bites, popular wineries and dapper dressers! The New Vintage party is a swanky time to put on your highest heels, sharpest shirt, and enjoy some of Seattle's finest wine and cuisine. The event took place in Fisher Pavilion, right in the heart of downtown Seattle.
Who was there? Three Bravo's Top Chef Alum, Brooke Williamson of Hudson House, Redondo Beach California, Sheldon Simeon of Tin Roof, Maui, and Gregory Gourdet of Culinary Director, Departure Restaurant + Lounge, served one-of-a-kind bites with a line of foodies waiting to taste 'em.
Local chefs: Shota Nakajima of Adana, Thomas Griese of RN74, Tsuyoshi Kobayashi of Shiro’s Sushi, Stuart
Lane of Spinasse & Artusi, Melissa Miranda of Musang, Jeffrey Vance of No Anchor, Aaron Willis of Ciudad and Bar Ciudad, Kevin Yuan of Baron’s Xi’an Kitchen & Bar.
Man Made Time, a LA-based synth pop duo, played and sung live music all night long. Their easy listening music was perfect for the event. Listen to their music on their YouTube channel.
To top it off, the Rose Lounge served a variety of roses to end your night on a light note. Comfy couches and chairs were provided to rest your foodie feet.
