Seattle knows its sips and sliders: A tasty review of Sip and Slide 2018

April 9, 2018

Greetings fellow foodies,

What event combines well-made sliders and local breweries? Sip and Slide! Last Saturday, April 7th, Seattle foodies headed over to Fremont Foundry and consumed super scrumptious sliders.

What is it all about? Local restaurants, caterers, and bakeries created an unique slider to serve to hungry foodies. From Asian-inspired, to classic, to breakfast-theme, there were enough sliders to go around...twice!

What is there to wash it all down? Local breweries served ice cold beer selections and ciders, a selection of hard whiskeys and bourbon were also a hit. Plus tons of H2O and non-alcoholic ginger beer for safe drivers.

Three tickets were available: Premium, General Admission and Safe Driver. Premium ticket holders were allowed to taste the goodies from 1-4PM, while General Admission ticket holders got their fixin' at  5-8:30pm. Safe Driver tickets only allowed food, no alcoholic dinks.

Check out the cool drinks:

The event is sure to leave you stuffed and full!

Be sure to get your tickets early next year.

Happy Baking,
