What is the best thing in the morning? A homemade breakfast with a loved one! Not only are pancakes super easy to make, the ingredients are (almost!) always in your pantry and fridge.
Top 'em with syrup, berries, homemade whipped cream, or just put an egg on it!
Yields: 10 medium pancakes (make 'em as big or small as your heart desires)
Equipment needed: Medium non-stick skillet, heat safe pastry brush, mixing bowl, whisk, spatula, measuring cups/spoons
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/3 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
Butter for cooking pancakes (approx. 1-2 tablespoons)
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients:
In a small bowl, whisk together:

Add to dry ingredients
Slowly stir with a spatula
If it is too thick, add more milk. If it is too thin, add more four

Heat a non-stick skillet for medium heat; Brush skillet with butter; Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet
Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Flip it like you mean it! Cook the other side
