Basic Cream Cheese Frosting
Yields: Approx. 1 1/2 cups
Equipment needed: Standing kitchen mixer with paddle attachment, measuring cups/spoons, spatula
8 oz cream cheese, soften at room temperature
6 oz unsalted butter, soften and cubed at room temperate
2 cups powder sugar, sifted
