Perfect for your morning commute, after noon tea, or a fast lunch, these oatmeal bars are simple to make... and eat. Plus, they are oil and butter free and sweetened with maple syrup.
1- bowl Baked Oatmeal Bars
Oven: 350 degrees F
Time: 30 minutes total
Pan used: 8 in x 8 in square, greased and parchment paper lined
Equipment needed: Large bowl (Standing kitchen mixer with paddle attachment can also be used), spatula, measuring cups/spoons
Dump all ingredients in a large bowl
Mix with a spatula until combined
Pour into baking square
Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick (or paring knife) comes out clean
