No Oil - Gluten Free - Chocolate Banana Bread

April 11, 2020

Hey foodies and bakers,

Yes, another banana bread! Why not? During this time, it is great to up your baking skills and get creative. There are TONS of banana bread out there right now. This recipe contains no oil, made with a nut flour and gluten free grain flour, and has a lower sugar content due to the presence of dark chocolate and, of course, bananas.

Like other recipes, and my Banana Pumpkin Bread, it can easily be adjusted. Add chopped nuts! Add a different chocolate! Add dried fruit! The most exciting part is getting creative in the kitchen.
